Homestead Fair Oaks

Homestead Fair Oaks is an extended-stay lodging facility with on-site laundry, free local telephone calls and personalized voice mail. Each room includes a complete kitchen, cookware, dishes and cutlery, as well as a work area with computer dataport. As of January 1, 2003, Homestead will no longer accept personal checks for payment.

Standard Room with one Queen Bed Each room contains a Queen size bed with a complete kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook-top), work area with computer dataport, iron and ironing board, an easy chair, and a 19-inch TV with remote control. * Deluxe Room with one King Bed Each room contains sleeper sofa and King size bed and a complete kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook-top), work area with computer dataport, iron and ironing board, and a 25-inch TV with remote control. * Superior Room with one King Bed Each room contains a King size bed with a complete kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook-top), work area with computer dataport, iron and ironing board, an easy chair, a 25-inch TV with remote control, and a partially separated sitting area with desk. * Standard Room with two Queen Beds Each room contains two Queen size beds with a complete kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook-top), work area with dataport, iron and ironing board, an easy chair, and a 25-inch TV with remote control. * Handicap Facilities HARC Systems available upon request.
